Q&A When I put in the stud it doesn’t come out out of the orange stud socket holder. The orange stud holder comes off the plier but the stud won’t come out!! Thank you, Cynthia for your question/comment. It sounds like the snap is not properly being attached to the material and it is causing the prong holder to be pulled out. When you press down to apply the snap, do a rotating motion around the snap with the pliers to make sure all edges are being properly secured around the entire snap, this should eliminate the prong holder being pulled out.
