Bavette de bébé pour les fêtes

Holiday Baby Bib

Matériel :  

  • Tissu de coton et/ou de flanelle 

  • Polaire thermocollante 

  • Machine à coudre/Fil 

Instructions : 

Ce modèle est une taille générale pour le bavoir de bébé. Vous pouvez ajuster la longueur en prolongeant la partie centrale du bavoir. Vous pouvez également ajuster la largeur en plaçant votre patron un peu plus loin du pli pour le rendre plus large.  

1. Imprimez votre patron.
2. Repassez la polaire thermocollante sur les tissus avant et arrière.   
3. Pliez le tissu avant en deux avec la polaire thermocollante à l'extérieur, épinglez votre patron et coupez.
4. Répétez l'opération pour le tissu de doublure.
5. Placez les pièces de bavoir supérieure et inférieure, envers contre endroit, et cousez tout autour. Laissez une partie au bas du bavoir non cousue pour pouvoir le retourner.    
6. Coupez les « courbes » pour qu'elles se retournent bien et soient à plat.
7. Retournez votre bavoir.  
8. Repassez le bavoir.
9. Appliquez une surpiqûre autour de votre bavoir pour lui donner une belle finition et pour fermer la partie qui était ouverte.
10. À l'aide de votre outil créatif Prym Vario et des boutons-pression jersey, fixez-les aux points en haut du bavoir. 

Conseils facultatifs :  

  • Si vous souhaitez un bord à volant, à l'étape 5, ajoutez un volant. Il suffit de coincer votre volant entre le haut et le bas du bavoir, avec le volant vers l'intérieur du bavoir.  

  • Si vous voulez un haut brodé, assurez-vous de broder ou d'appliquer avant de coudre vos pièces ensemble.
