Perfect for lingerie makers
"I make a lot of lingerie, especially brassieres, and have been managing to very carefully cut those tiny seams with embroidery scissors so far. I feel like I have been lucky not to nick the main fabric yet. I have wanted to get myself some good duckbill scissors but wasn't sure which brand to go with, as I want them to last. I am so glad I finally took a chance on Prym. These have a nice weight to them without being heavy, are comfortable to cut with, and easy to control for very fine seams. In fact, I just had to alter a French seam on a Victorian repro chemise, and its never been easier to precisely trim the seam allowance to the bare minimum without cutting too far. I see why lingerie makers say you need these scissors! They are very sharp, no tugging and wrenching the material out of shape. These are perfect for my purposes."
