My ruler rack came with a blue sort of T shaped hangar with a cup hook at the top. There is no mention of it in the packaging & no picture of how it is supposed to be used. What is it for?: Hi Rita, The item included can be used to hang your ruler rack. It does not serve any other purpose for the function of the rack. Thanks!
