Step 3: Fold your 4 inches x 36 inches fabric in ½ to 2 inches x 36 inches and open back up.
Step 4: Adhere your fusible fleece to the center of the strip.

Step 5: Fold edges inward and pin.

Step 6: Sew both sides of the handle.

Step 7: Lay your outer fabric out. Right side facing you. And pin your handles in place. Approx 5-6 inch from the right and left.

Step 8: Lay your liner fabric on top and pin.

Step 9: Sew along the edge where you pinned. Be mindful of where you pinned the handle.
Step 10: Press your seam toward your liner and do a stitch approx. 1/8 from the edge. This will help keep that edge open.

Step 11: Lay your piece open and then fold edge to edge. Then sew.

Step 12: Pull your pieces out to where the right side is on the outside and your liner is on the inside.
Step 13: On the Smaller opening. Fold the outside toward the inside and the inside towards the outside at approx. ¼ inch. And sew those two together to finish off the bottom opening.

Step 14: Use your iron to flatten out the top edge and stitch a top stitch around.
